Experience

Since 2010, Magnus has successfully represented clients in a large number of court proceedings and arbitration proceedings. He has a broad business law background and has previously worked with commercial real estate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law issues. Magnus works with commercial disputes in a broad sense and has particular experience of construction disputes, M&A disputes, real estate disputes and disputes in the financial sector. Prior to founding Wallin & Partners, Magnus worked at a specialist firm specializing in commercial disputes, which became Wallin & Partners when it was founded. Magnus' goal-oriented and businesslike approach is particularly appreciated by his clients.

Magnus has also taught procedural law at Stockholm University and has for several years been the course director for the advanced course in Civil Procedure.
