Wallin & Partners has successfully represented Peab Sverige AB against Unibail Rodamco in the SEK 3 billion arbitration dispute regarding the construction of the Mall of Scandinavia - one of the largest construction disputes in Sweden. The dispute was handled under the SCC rules and included claims and counterclaims regarding disruption, ATE, delay penalties and defects.

Wallin & Partners has successfully represented the Republic of Poland in appeal proceedings before the Supreme Court. The judgment was preceded by the ECJ's preliminary ruling in the PL Holdings case (Case C-109/20). Wallin & Partners' advice thus resulted in important case law from both the European Court of Justice and the Supreme Court.

Wallin & Partners has successfully represented a multinational security company as defendant in a multi-million dollar dispute. The case was an SCC arbitration regarding the interpretation of price adjustment terms in a complex contract for global delivery of hybrid IT services in different countries.

Wallin & Partners has successfully represented the State of Montenegro in challenge proceedings against a Russian investor in the Svea Court of Appeal regarding an arbitration award under a bilateral investment treaty between Russia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The Svea Court of Appeal ruled in favor of Montenegro.
