On June 30, 2023, an arbitration award was issued in a case between Peab Sverige AB and Unibail Rodamco Westfield regarding the Mall of Scandinavia construction project. The contract was completed in 2016 and the arbitration has been ongoing since 2017. Wallin & Partners has together with Cederquist represented Peab in the arbitration. The arbitration award was a success for Peab, which was awarded more than SEK 1.4 billion. We are very pleased and proud of the outcome, which is the result of solid teamwork over a long period of time.
