Experience
André has experience of commercial disputes both from his role as counsel and from work as a judge at, among others, Stockholm District Court and Svea Court of Appeal. During his work in court, André has periodically focused on disputes related to labor law, tenancy law and real estate law. André also has several years of experience from legislative work at the Ministry of Justice and has worked primarily with company law, especially with a focus on real estate law, the rules on the protection of trade secrets and issues of cross-border movement of limited liability companies.
Since 2019, André represents clients at Wallin & Partners both in arbitration proceedings and in court and has during his time at the firm worked extensively with construction law disputes concerning major construction and infrastructure projects as well as disputes with insolvency law elements.
