Experience
Björn has been working with dispute resolution for almost 15 years and has successfully conducted a large number of cases in arbitration and courts, including the Supreme Court in the case NJA 2012 p 587. Before co-founding Wallin & Partners, Björn started a boutique firm specializing in commercial disputes, which for almost half a decade did not lose a single court case.
Clients particularly appreciate Björn's acumen and analytical skills, combined with his focus on efficiency and strategic litigation. Björn has broad experience in the field of property law and has worked with several very extensive and complex processes.
Björn is regularly hired for his special expertise in construction, intellectual property and contract disputes.
For several years, Björn has taught procedural law at the law program at Stockholm University, including as course director and highly appreciated head teacher for the course Civil Procedure at the master's level.
