Emma is one of the founders of Wallin & Partners. She has devoted her entire professional life to dispute resolution and has over ten years of experience in commercial dispute resolution in general court and in Swedish and international arbitration. Emma assists clients in all phases of a dispute - from early risk analysis to legal proceedings. She is a generalist and has experience of disputes in several areas of law and different industries. She has particular experience in construction disputes, real estate disputes, IT disputes and share transfer disputes. In 2018, Emma was successful in the Supreme Court where the court found that there was an obstacle to recognizing and enforcing a Russian arbitral award in Sweden (NJA 2018 p. 291).

In addition to representing clients, Emma also has experience as an arbitrator. Emma is pragmatic and she is particularly appreciated for her goal-oriented approach to moving disputes forward.
