Sanna is Managing Partner and one of the founders of Wallin & Partners. She has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, both in general court proceedings and in arbitration. Her expertise includes in particular large and technically complex disputes. Sanna has successfully represented clients in a wide range of industries and areas of law and has particular experience in construction and corporate law disputes and contract interpretation disputes. Already in 2012 she was successful as counsel in a case in the Supreme Court concerning a commission agreement (NJA 2012 p. 419). Sanna has also worked with IT and tort law disputes.
