Martin har efter mer än 30 år i domstol och på advokatbyrå en bred och omfattande erfarenhet av tvistlösning inför både svenska domstolar och svenska och internationella skiljenämnder. Han har varit ombud i mer än 200 svenska och internationella skiljeförfaranden. Martin är sedan många år även en efterfrågad skiljedomare. Han utses som partsutsedd skiljedomare, ordförande och ensam skiljedomare i skiljeförfaranden under SCC- eller ICC-reglerna samt UNCITRAL och ad hoc förfaranden. Erfarenheten omfattar tvister inom en rad olika områden och branscher, bl.a. M&A, entreprenad, infrastruktur och telekom och han har varit framgångsrik i fem mål i Högsta domstolen. Bland Martins klienter finns stater, svenska och utländska börsbolag samt offentliga aktörer.
